Our classes will give you all the current information and skills to equip you entering your new life as a family.

We aim to make your transition into parenthood a smooth and enjoyable journey through our practical, fun and hands-on workshops.

These will prepare you for the first precious moments you hold your baby in your arms.

• Baby Care Basics

  Learn key skills including how to handle you baby, dressing, nappy changing, cord care, bathing and winding.

• Baby Safety

  Make sure you are up to date with recommendations and guidance for keeping your baby safe.

• Newborn Choices

  Find out more about the tests, checks and choices which will be offered for your newborn from birth.

• Parenting Choices

  Reusable and disposable nappies, baby wearing (slings) and buggies, routines and being baby-led, to swaddle or not.. all choices are uncovered!
